Austro-Hungarian Empire Medals
The Austro-Hungarian Empire, also known as the Dual Monarchy, was a state in Central Europe from 1867 to 1918. It was formed when the Austrian Empire and the Kingdom of Hungary entered into a constitutional union under the Habsburg dynasty. The empire was comprised of various ethnic groups and territories, including present-day Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, and parts of Italy, Romania, and Poland.
